Getting Started

Movology is a lead generation technology that utilizes form abandonment.

When a user abandons a form on your website for whatever reason, Movology's Capture service allows you to not only grab what they had typed, but also remarket to them with the abandoned data.

Currently you can use Movology's capture service by creating an account in our Dashboard.

Installing the Snippet

To get started with Capture, all you have to do is grab the snippet from the Dashboard and installing it on your website. To make sure the snippet goes on all pages with forms and post submit page, we recommend using Google Tag Manager.

Adding a Form

After your snippet is installed, you will be able to add specific forms you want to track via url in the Forms Tab in the dashboard. It may take some time for the dashboard to confirm that the snippet exists on the page and for the form to be configured properly.

Issues with Configuration

Our smart form selector will do its best to automatically configure your forms. However, if you notice that the data is not coming in properly on the dashboard, please email us at sales@movology.com and we will be glad to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
