Setting Up Recover

By adding our DNS records, we will be able to send Recover e-mails on your behalf from a domain/subdomain of your choosing. It is recommended, but not required, to send e-mails from your primary marketing domain so that e-mails won't be mistaken as phishing attempts.

Prerequisites

You must be a premium member that has subscribed to a Recover package.

Setting Up

  1. Navigate to the Recover page on the dashboard.
  2. If you have not done so, add the email domain you want to send e-mails from (ie. rap.example.com in noreply@rap.example.com)
  3. A table will appear under Recover Page > Email Settings with DNS records that looks like such:

  1. Add these records to your domain of choice or provide them to someone who manages your domain.
  2. Click verify under Recover Page > Email Settings
  3. Add a template(s) under Recover Page > Templates, preview it, and send a test e-mail.
  4. Assign templates to forms under Forms Page > Pencil Icon to the right of each form.

Notes

  • Currently, clients are restricted to 3 email domains per account. Please contact us if you'd like more.
